Guide

Which delivery company should you use for your orders in Algeria?

Woven integrates four carriers: Yalidine, ZR Express, Maystro and Noest. With each one you create the parcel from the order and the delivery status flows back automatically. Yalidine goes further: it also returns a printable label and a public tracking link you can hand to the customer.

Updated

What the integration does — and doesn't

  • It creates the parcel with the carrier from an existing order, using the address and phone the customer already entered.
  • It computes the amount to collect server-side: item total plus your delivery fee. You can't get the sum wrong.
  • It flips the order to "shipped" and notifies the buyer.
  • It queries the carrier to refresh the delivery status on demand.
  • It cannot cancel a parcel once created: you do that with the carrier, not from Woven.

The four carriers compared

The table below compares only what the Woven integration does with each carrier. Rates, delays and covered areas belong to the carrier: compare those with them directly — they change, and Woven does not set them.

How to choose

  • Start with the one your customers name themselves: a carrier they recognise on the phone reassures them and gets the parcel accepted.
  • Check it genuinely serves the communes your orders come from, not just the main towns.
  • Compare the return rate as carefully as the outbound one: with COD, it's the return that costs you.
  • If you print a lot of labels, Yalidine is the only one whose integration returns one directly.
  • Test on a small volume before moving all your orders over.

Create a parcel from an order

  1. Confirm the orderCall the customer, confirm the item, the size and the address. An unconfirmed order has no business becoming a parcel.
  2. Pick the carrierInside the order, select the carrier you want from those available.
  3. Create the parcelWoven sends the address, phone and amount to collect, then records the tracking number on the order and moves it to "shipped".
  4. Track, then closeRefresh the status from the order until it reads "delivered". A tracked parcel is one whose exact value you know at month end.

The amount collected depends directly on what you charge for delivery — not a setting to leave to chance: how to set your delivery fee.

Frequently asked questions

Can I use several carriers at the same time?

Yes. The carrier is chosen order by order among those available. Many sellers keep two: a main one, and a second for the areas the first covers poorly.

Can I print my waybill from Woven?

With Yalidine, yes: the integration returns a printable label link. For ZR Express, Maystro and Noest the label is fetched from the carrier's own portal — the integration doesn't return one.

Can the customer track the parcel themselves?

With Yalidine the integration provides a public tracking link you can forward. With the other three, you refresh the status from the order and inform the customer yourself — or hand them the tracking number.

Does Woven set the carriers' delivery prices?

No. Woven sets neither rates, nor delays, nor coverage: those belong to the carrier and are negotiated with them. What you set inside Woven is the delivery amount you charge your customers.
