How to delete your account

  1. Open the Woven app or website and sign in.
  2. Go to your Profile.
  3. Under “Account & security”, choose “Delete account”.
  4. Confirm by typing DELETE. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile and personal information
  • Your stores, products and pages
  • Your cart, saved items and settings
  • Your subscription and seller data (payments, verification)

What is retained (anonymized)

  • Orders you placed are kept by the seller for their records, but anonymized (your name and contact details are removed).
